Designing A Training System
The volunteer organization Lions Clubs International had extensive training; however, it lacked a clear track for how a volunteer systematically took training as they changed roles in the organization. I developed a new training platform know as Lions University that provided the volunteers a clear track for advancing their training. Volunteers receive training through online videos, live webinars and live training events. They take completion tests that the system automatically grades. Finally, the volunteers complete a "degree" based on their completed training.
